Prior to Home Departure

Email us the following documents:

  • Boat registration card copy
  • Boat insurance copy
  • Passport and Visa of the boat owner
  • Emirates ID of all passengers

Royal Yacht Club of Ras Al Khaimah will reply with a berthing confirmation email with all necessary information and will notify the Coast Guard in advance of your arrival.

The Marina channel entrance GPS co-ordinates are:

  • 25°41'535" N
  • 55°46'234" E

Please be sure to follow the marked channel entrance for your approach to the Marina as there are shallow areas outside of this marked channel.

Arrival Procedure

Upon arrival, please enter the channel at no more than 4 knots and proceed to the Coast Guard check point on your port side. Ensure to have ready your boat registration card, boat insurance, Emirates ID of all passengers and your sailing permit to present to the Coast Guard.

Once this is completed, the Marina Operations Team will guide you to your allocated berth and brief you on all necessary Marina information such as access cards, facilities and services.

Departure Procedure

Please ensure to collect a Sailing Permit and settle any outstanding bills at the Marina Reception between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM daily.

Pass by the Coast Guard check point to clear out of the Marina, where you will again need to show your documents and your Sailing Permit. After this, you may leave the Marina.
